Need good real estate blog content? Try posting your listing flyers as a blog post! Â You can see an example below. It’s pretty simple to do:
- Login to your account at My Single Property Websites.
- Click the “email + facebook” link, then copy the ActiveRain template code.
- Start writing a new blog post as you normally do, but click the “html” tab (in the top right corner of WordPress posts). Then paste in the template code you copied.
- That’s it!
While you can always just include a widget with your listings in your blog, by making a separate post about it you not only generate new blog content, but you highlight your listing and give it the extra attention it deserves. You could then email your seller a link to the blog post to show them the efforts you’re making.

The resort community of Kapalua is laid-back and refined, but bustling with activities from golf to tennis and yearly festivals. The beaches here are what you’d expect from Hawaii: white, soft and book-ended between coconut palms and warm, clear waters.
